Common visit codes with estimated costs based on contracted insurances:

99204 (new patient, $150-$190)

99214 (established patient, $90-$140))

11104 (biopsy of lesion, small sample taken from lesion, $125-$175)

11401(excision of lesion, removal of entire lesion on trunk. varies on size and location, $200-$700 )

11900 (injection for cysts or inflamed areas, $90-$150 )

17110 (removal of benign lesions other than skin tags/cutaneous vascular lesions, up to 14 lesions, $125-$175)

All other patients will be charged based on their visits.
