Service Description
Whether it is eczema, psoriasis, acne, growths, moles or any other rash, we well help you out! This includes nails and hair loss. We remove cysts and other growths that you are concerned about and send it to the lab. We do accept insurance and process it through insurance. We accept BCBS PPO, CIGNA, AETNA. HMO will most of the time require a referral otherwise it is not covered by your insurance. Please confirm with your carrier for coverage including deductible and out of pocket expenses! If other insurance or no insurance, price varies depending on complexity of case and insurance coverage; starting at $ 150 (up to $225). Biopsies and other services are extra and not included in this cost. Follow up visits are $150 Biopsy or removal costs: $150 per specimen (includes pathology fee of $100). Excision: varies based on size and complexity; ask before excision Acne Surgery (extraction and/or laser): $200 Skin tag removal: $150 (up to 10) Depending on insurance, most do cover the services above, but patients may still have out of pocket costs: copay, deductibles, co-insurance.
